PCSX2 v1.7+ uses a different checksum validation than old v1.4. Fix: Re-save the file within PCSX2 itself. Load the UPD file, then immediately go to a TTT save point (e.g., Gallery) and overwrite the save. This re-calculates the checksum for the new emulator version.
