Click on the Select button at the top of the interface. Choose EP-804A from the Model Name dropdown menu. Leave the port selection on Auto Selection or manually select the USB port labeled with your printer's name. Click OK .
If you reset the counter multiple times without checking the physical pads, ink may eventually leak out of the bottom of the printer. During routine head cleanings and printing cycles, excess ink is pumped away from the printhead into physical absorbent pads inside the bottom of the printer.
