A survey was conducted among 500 participants of varying ages, genders, and backgrounds to gather quantitative data on body image perceptions and media consumption habits. Additionally, in-depth interviews were conducted with 20 participants to gather qualitative insights into personal experiences and cultural perspectives on beauty.
