NeoRAGEx requires ROMs to remain in ZIP format without decompression. The emulator is designed to read files directly from the ZIP archives. Additionally, the Neo-Geo BIOS file (typically neogeo.zip ) must be present in the ROMs folder for games to function properly.
Version is widely considered the "golden build." It was the final, most stable release before the developer disappeared from the scene.
